How do I know which service to book in for? 

We understand that this can be quite overwhelming, which is why we recommend booking in a complimentary consultation. This will allow us to consult your concerns, assess your skin type and complexion, and make accurate recommendations. Consultations are complimentary and are scheduled for 15 minutes. You will have the option of coming into the salon for a face-to-face consultation, or a phone consultation.

How often do I need to get my brows waxed? 

This will depend on your hair growth cycle. Generally, your brows will grow on a cycle of 21-30 days. This will vary depending on the health of your hair follicles. We usually recommend getting your brows done every 2-4 weeks to keep your brows looking clean. 

 

How often do I need to get my microblading/ombre/combination brows done? 

This will depend on your skin type, lifestyle, and cell turnover. Microblading will generally require a touch up from 8 months – 1 year to keep them looking fresh. Ombre and Combination brows will generally require a touch up from 1 year – 1.5 years to refresh the colour. Please be aware that this is a very general time guide, and will vary for each individual.   

 

How often do I need to get my lashes lifted? 

Your lash lift will last between 6-8 weeks. Therefore, we reccommend waiting 7-8 weeks before getting your lashes lifted again. This will ensure the health and strength of your lashes between appointments. Frequent lash lifts will require re-hydration via an after care serum. Our favourite aftercare serum is Elleplex by Eleebana which is also available in the salon.
