Booking Policy 

Our booking policy requires a non-refundable deposit  on all services. Deposits are non refundable or transferable if your appointment is cancelled within 72 hours. If 72 hours notice is given upon cancelling, your deposit is transferable to another future appointment of the same appointment type. If you cancel on the day of your appointment the full service fee will be charged to the card provided. By booking an appointment you are agreeing to these terms.

 

Appointment Policy

Brows by Klaire operates on a ​tight schedule. Although we will always try to accommodate for late arrivals (10 minutes or more), sometimes this may not always be possible. Failure to arrive to your appointment on time may result in a loss of deposit.​

Parking 

Please allow additional time for traffic and parking.There is street parking available, Coles Smithfield Car Park, or parking in Stein Lane.

Terms & Conditions 

• Under no circumstances will a refund be provided for any service or retail sale. 

• Under no circumstances will deposits be refunded. If 48 hours notice is given, the deposit is transferable to a future appointment. 

• It is your responsibility to advise Brows By Klaire of the following information:

• If you are pregnant/ breastfeeding

• If you are on any medications 

• If you have any health conditions 

• If you have any allergies 

• If you require any special requests 

• If you wear contact lenses 

• If you have recently undergone surgery 

• If you have recently had Botox/ filler in the relevant treatment area 

• If you are using any active skin care products

• There is no guarantee made regarding the results of the treatment as everyone’s skin responds differently

• Please be aware that the results of any given treatment will be affected by the after care and thus the liability falls on the consumer for following after care instructions 

• Cosmetic tattoo results will largely depend on your skin and aftercare. Therefore, you may require additional sessions to achieve your desired outcome. These additional sessions are not included in the initial cost. In the rare case, your skin may reject the ink and you may be unable to sustain your results regardless of how many sessions you undergo. Brows By Klaire removes all liability for the longevity of results due to the nature of the treatment.
